Stella Maeve (born in 1961) is an American actor who is best known for the stunning actress in Julia Wicker who appeared on The Magicians. Maeve comes from New York. She is a part Blackfoot as well as a part Cherokee. She first appeared on the big screen with Liminality (2005 the short-film). Transamerica is a highly acclaimed film comedy-drama from the year before, was her first appearance on the big screen. This season she made her debut on television in the fourth season on Law & Order Criminal Intent. She joined The Dick Wolf's Chicago franchise in 2014 as Nadia Decotis, Chicago P.D. .
